Sarah Hankins-Williamson is Operations Manager at Summit Equity Investments, where she oversees the operational and financial performance of a growing multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining Summit, Sarah quickly climbed the ranks at Greystar, gaining extensive experience in operations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her results-driven approach and prior oversight of several Summit-owned communities positioned her as a natural fit for her current leadership role.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University, graduating near the top of her class, and is currently pursuing her law degree. Her academic background and professional experience reflect her passion for business strategy, negotiation, and legal advocacy.
