Eric Mertlbauer is Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets. He leads Summit’s acquisition and debt capitalization programs and was instrumental in Summit’s expansion into the Midwest and Southeast. Previously, Mr. Mertlbauer underwrote transactions as Vice President at Red Capital Group and Orix USA. He obtained a BS from Purdue University and a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
