Sean oversees our nationwide operations team & in-house property management business. He was an award-winning Director at Greystar, the largest developer & management company in the world. In his more than 25 years in the industry, he has directed and raised portfolios of 10,000 units and over 100 employees. He’s held real estate licenses in highly regulated markets like California and New York, excelling in A+ lease-up, renovation programs, and repositioning of value-add assets. Sean studied Professional Administrative Management at Chaffey College in California and is CAPS/CAM certified.
