Michael Thom is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Summit Equity Investments. He was instrumental in Summit’s formation; its growth in direct multifamily investment and management; and its strategic expansion into equity allocation and property management.
Over the course of his 25+ year career, Mr. Thom has been active in real estate investment, management, and brokerage as President of Thom & Co and President of The Group Cos. He obtained his BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
